Jeffrey was thorough, helpful, and great to work with. He pointed out spots I had not noticed that need some attention. He was informative and seemed very trustworthy. Have used there services for quite a while now and I’ve been very happy with them in general. Very easy to schedule and change appointments and I’ve noticed improvement in the backyard—far fewer pests.

Alex Meza, who did the inspection, was helpful and professional in assessing the termite damage. He then explained the recommended treatment in details, gave me an estimate, and scheduled the appointment for treatment.

Johny, who did the Bora-Care termite treatment, did a very good and thorough job!

Great service, Ryan comes and services our house. Overall great communication and pays attention to detail, he doesn’t rush and I have seen a DRASTIC difference in 2 weeks. Definitely recommend. It’s different then the other companies I have used that just spray and leave he pays attention to it all.

Ronnie did an amazing job! The design of my roof has gaps between EVERY tile that lead directly into my attic. I am fighting a losing battle with keeping rats out. I am very hopeful that with the impressive job Ronnie did that my rat problem will be a thing of the past!

We had Mario come out as we suspected we had a mouse/rat problem. He was extremely kind and made us feel comfortable when inspecting potential access/entry points throughout our garage. He was very reasonable and fair in his assessment/assumptions about handling rodent problems while living within a shared-wall situation (in our case, a condo). We were very happy with the customer service we received.

Been with the company for years and definitely worth it! They send the same technician each time so they are familiar with your house. David went out of his way to check if some previous work was covered by the warranty and went ahead and fixed it as part of the routine inspection so that I didn’t have to make a separate appointment to fix a simple thing, which was very much appreciated.

Admiral Pest Control is by far the best company I have come across in a very long time! Jeff Olschewski is very polite and professional and did a detailed inspection of my home for termites and much needed damaged wood repairs. He was very clear explaining where termite damage was happening and my options for treatment, along with replacing a deteriorated wood door from excessive moisture, and fixing damaged fascia boards and window trims. Within a day Jeff provided me with a written detailed inspection report providing me options to choose from along with the pricing. I was able to schedule with their office to have the work done the following week. In two days everything was treated for termites, the door replaced with a metal one, and the window trims and fascia boards were treated and either replaced or repaired. They put primer paint on all wood so it's ready for me to have painted. Everything looks fantastic and I could not be happier! My attic was also locally treated for Drywood Termites. Salvador and Eduardo did the BEST job with all of the treatment and repairs. I'm still amazed they completed all of this in 2 days! I plan to use Admiral and this crew for all jobs like this from here on out! Thank you for making me the happiest customer!

From the initial inspection (David Wheeler--thorough and knowledgeable) and through the work execution of trapping, exclusion work, cleanup/sanitize, and TAP installation (done by the wonderful team of Eduardo and Salvador!), they made the whole process easy and worry-free. They were prompt, courteous, and did quality work! Highly recommend!
