Mario and Johnny were both great! Great work and the best prices in the market. Terminex was going to charge me $3,600, Orkin was going to charge me $1,600, and Admiral charged me $624 for the same work!!!

Admiral has an amazing insurance for only $29 a month where they come back and retreat at no additional cost. I got it without thinking twice!!

Termites are gross and annoying but Admiral came and saved my day and my house!!

I originally chose to use admiral for fumigation because of people recommending them, but unfortunately my entire experience was horrible. The only good part of it was David who came out to my house and was nice. Every interaction with the ladies at the office and answering the phone they were extremely rude to me.
On the day of fumigation there was an issue with the gas company. When I called admiral to tell them what’s going on and see how they can help they were so dismissive saying it has nothing to do with them and I was in my own. I understood that, but they were less than helpful about helping me figure out timing with the tent being put up. With literally zero help from them I got it figured out. Fast forward to fumigation. My house got burglarized. Obviously that is a known risk and I was made aware. While it is not admiral’s fault, I called to make them aware of what had happened and again the lady on the phone was extremely dismissive and not empathetic at all. She said “we know” when I told her. Not even a SLIGHT care or ask how I was doing. It has been multiple days now and for a company who is family owned and so recommended, you think they would reach out and just check on their clients who paid quite a pretty penny and then had this tragic circumstance happen. A phone call, email, anything. They have zero care. Not sure when we lost human decency. Or at least hire some receptionists who are even slightly less rude than the ones I interacted with. Super disappointed in this entire experience and I will not be recommending them.

I had Jorge out to inspect the property and Ronnie out to kill the bugs. Both were great. Jorge took his time to explain the situation, showed be pictures, checked the whole house, and beared with me on a later phone call to go over it all again. Ronnie was polite, friendly, did a great job destroying the termites and even cleaned up after as best he could, after spending hours in our crawl space. Great service.

Aldo came by to service my property. He was polite, professional, and answered my questions regarding getting our property serviced . He was able to sweep potential areas that might have critters and the sprayed repellent for our quarterly treatment. Appreciate his professionalism and representation of this company.

Ronnie did an amazing job! The design of my roof has gaps between EVERY tile that lead directly into my attic. I am fighting a losing battle with keeping rats out. I am very hopeful that with the impressive job Ronnie did that my rat problem will be a thing of the past!

Been with the company for years and definitely worth it! They send the same technician each time so they are familiar with your house. David went out of his way to check if some previous work was covered by the warranty and went ahead and fixed it as part of the routine inspection so that I didn’t have to make a separate appointment to fix a simple thing, which was very much appreciated.

Admiral Pest Control is by far the best company I have come across in a very long time! Jeff Olschewski is very polite and professional and did a detailed inspection of my home for termites and much needed damaged wood repairs. He was very clear explaining where termite damage was happening and my options for treatment, along with replacing a deteriorated wood door from excessive moisture, and fixing damaged fascia boards and window trims. Within a day Jeff provided me with a written detailed inspection report providing me options to choose from along with the pricing. I was able to schedule with their office to have the work done the following week. In two days everything was treated for termites, the door replaced with a metal one, and the window trims and fascia boards were treated and either replaced or repaired. They put primer paint on all wood so it's ready for me to have painted. Everything looks fantastic and I could not be happier! My attic was also locally treated for Drywood Termites. Salvador and Eduardo did the BEST job with all of the treatment and repairs. I'm still amazed they completed all of this in 2 days! I plan to use Admiral and this crew for all jobs like this from here on out! Thank you for making me the happiest customer!

From the initial inspection (David Wheeler--thorough and knowledgeable) and through the work execution of trapping, exclusion work, cleanup/sanitize, and TAP installation (done by the wonderful team of Eduardo and Salvador!), they made the whole process easy and worry-free.
